2. Regional Fulfillment Hubs

To ensure the fastest possible delivery and avoid customs duties, your canvas is printed and assembled at the specialized print laboratory closest to your shipping address:

United States: Regional hubs in California, North Carolina, and Texas (3–6 business days transit).
United Kingdom: Production facilities in London & Hampshire (3–5 business days transit).
European Union: Hubs in Germany, Netherlands, and Spain (4–7 business days transit).

3. Free Shipping Offer

Complimentary Standard Shipping: We currently provide free tracked standard shipping on all museum canvas prints shipped within the contiguous United States, United Kingdom, and European Union.

4. Protective Packaging

We treat your fine art prints with utmost reverence. Every canvas order is safely packaged:

  • Wrapped in protective, acid-free archival film to prevent surface scuffs.
  • Reinforced with rigid cardboard corner protectors.
  • Enclosed in heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated shipping cartons designed specifically for art transport.
  • Pre-fitted with sawtooth mounting hardware — ready to hang out of the box.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

While rare, courier transit issues can occur. If your canvas arrives bent, scratched, or damaged in transit:

Simply snap 1 or 2 quick photos of the damaged package and canvas, and email them to orders@paintfy.art within 14 days of delivery. Our studio team will rush a brand-new reprint into production immediately at 100% zero extra cost to you.

6. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your canvas is packaged and handed over to the courier, an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to the email address on your order. You can also view live delivery progress anytime from your private gallery link.
