A hidden portrait should give you chills when you see it. If your artwork arrives and you or your loved ones cannot clearly recognize the hidden subject when squinting or viewing from across the room, we will repaint it for free or issue a full refund.
1. How the Guarantee Works
Every artwork at Paintfy is custom synthesized around your photo and individually inspected by our studio team before being delivered to your private gallery. We stand 100% behind our craftsmanship:
Free Studio Repaint
If the optical balance feels too subtle or too visible, simply reply to your delivery email or message orders@paintfy.art. Our team will adjust the optical weight and render fresh variations at zero extra cost.
Photo Swap Option
If you realize your uploaded photo had difficult backlight or shadows, you can send us an alternate photo, and we will happily create a brand new piece for you without charging you again.
100% Full Refund
If after revisions you are still not completely satisfied, notify us within 30 days of purchase and we will promptly refund your payment in full directly to your original card or Apple Pay account.
2. Digital Artwork Orders ($19)
Our digital option was designed specifically to be a completely risk-free trial. You receive the high-resolution file directly in your private gallery. If you are thrilled with it, you can order a stretched canvas print right from your gallery, and 100% of your $19 digital payment is automatically deducted from the canvas price. If you don't love it, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
3. Canvas Prints & Physical Replacements
For physical museum-grade canvas prints:
- Transit Damage: If your canvas or frame arrives damaged, dented, or warped during shipping, email a quick snapshot to orders@paintfy.art within 14 days of receipt. We will reprint and express-ship a pristine replacement at zero charge.
- Print Quality Defects: In the rare event of printing streaks, incorrect dimensions, or loose stretching, we provide an immediate reprint or full refund.
- Change of Mind on Delivered Canvas: Because physical canvas prints are custom manufactured to your specifications and cannot be restocked or resold, physical prints are eligible for replacement if defective or damaged. If you are uncertain about the final aesthetic, we strongly encourage starting with the $19 digital option first, which carries our full refund guarantee and converts into a canvas discount.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our studio support, it is initiated immediately via Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement or bank account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
